1. Digital Marketing Services
No Refunds After Service Delivery: Once digital marketing services have been delivered or work has commenced (e.g., SEO campaigns, social media advertising, content creation, etc.), we do not offer refunds. This includes any services where work has already been initiated or completed.
Satisfaction Guarantee: While we do not offer a refund for digital marketing services, we are committed to delivering results. 2. Website Design Services
Initial Deposit: A non-refundable deposit may be required at the start of your website design project, typically 30% of the total project cost. This deposit is used to cover the initial time and effort invested in the project, including planning, design, and setup.
Refund Eligibility: If you are dissatisfied with the website design services and the project has not yet been completed, you may be eligible for a partial refund based on the percentage of work completed at the time of cancellation. This refund will be calculated as follows:
If the design work has only just begun (e.g., wireframing, initial layout), a partial refund may be provided, minus the deposit.
Once the design or development work is near completion, refunds are generally not available.
Final Deliverables: Once final designs, website files, or content are delivered to you, refunds are no longer available, as we have completed the agreed-upon services.
3. Web Hosting Services
Refunds for Hosting: Web hosting fees are typically non-refundable after service activation. If you cancel your hosting plan within the first 30 days of service, we will issue a refund for the hosting fees paid, excluding any setup fees or domain registration fees.
No Refunds for Domain Registrations: Domain registration fees are non-refundable once the domain name has been registered, as the purchase is processed through a third-party provider.
4. Cancellations and Refund Process
